Life Coaching
I run successful telephone coaching programmes for clients in all areas of the UK. Previous clients have come from Surrey, London, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Yorkshire.
Some people feel nervous talking about their fears and aspirations face-to-face, so telephone coaching is ideal in those situations. It's also useful for busy professionals who find it difficult to make time to travel to meet me for a face-to-face coaching session.
I have delivered coaching to small business owners, managers in education and local government, managers and staff in multi-national organisations, students, and unemployed adults, around a variety of issues, including:

Coaching Programmes
Coaching programmes are tailored to suit the client. A typical programme consists of twelve one-hour sessions, over a period of six months. I also run shorter programmes to deal with specific short-term issues.
Individual coaching- I offer life coaching and executive coaching for private clients.
- Telephone coaching is available for clients throughout the UK and the rest of the world, including London and Surrey.
- Face-to-face coaching may be available for clients in Surrey, South West London or Central London.

- I offer coaching for groups. For example, where there is a shared issue, small business networks, teams within an organisation, or a group of people from a membership organisation or club can benefit from being coached as a group.
