Do you run your life,
or does your life run you?

Would you like to create the kind of lifestyle that
inspires you to leap out of bed every morning?

Do you believe it's possible?

Would you like to find out how to get started?

I've created an inspired life for myself, and now
I'd like to share what I've learned with you at my
Create an Inspired Life Workshop on 24th November 2007
at Friends House, Euston Road, London, England

Registration for the workshop has now CLOSED.

Dear Reader

Would you like to create an inspired life?

Do you find yourself endlessly running round doing things you believe you 'should' be doing, rather than the things you'd like to be doing, simply because you run out of time?

Do you actually know what it is you want to do, or do you find that there's not even enough time left in the day to think about what's important to you?

I know, from personal experience, how important it is to find the time to work out what you want to do with your life. For years I was stuck in a job I no longer found fulfilling, because it paid the bills. The long working hours and stressful conditions meant that I never felt I had the time, or the inclination, to do much socialising, practise hobbies, or figure out what I'd rather be doing. I knew I wasn't happy, and yet it almost seemed easier to keep trudging along, rather than thinking about doing something else. I found it too painful to admit how much time I was wasting doing a job I no longer liked, and to accept that it was within my own power to improve my situation.

Eventually I made the leap, before I knew what direction I wanted to take - and because, like many people, I had never been encouraged to think about what I wanted in life, it took me quite a while to realise what I'd enjoy doing for a living, which would also be of benefit to others.

Training to become a coach, and working with my own life coach enabled me to give myself both the clarity and the permission to choose what I wanted to be, do and have. I finally understood that I alone am responsible for my life.

I still didn't know what it was that I enjoyed doing - that took longer and involved working with my life coach, reading several books and asking myself countless questions that I felt I didn't know the answer to. By telling myself that I didn't know what I wanted to do, I managed to convince myself I was stuck, and it became a never-ending cycle of asking myself "what do I want?" and telling myself "I don't know".

The fact is, you do know what you want. Unfortunately, you've probably been told by the people around you, throughout your life, that doing what you enjoy is selfish, that you should be grateful that you've got a job in the first place, that only a handful of people ever manage to find their vocation, and that doing what you love doesn't pay the bills. You can probably think of examples, from your own group of contacts, to prove that's the case.

The thing is, whatever you believe, you'll go looking for evidence to prove it.

So if, for example, you believe it's not possible to make a living doing something you love, you'll look for evidence to prove it's not possible.

If, on the other hand, you believe the opposite, you'll start looking for proof that people really do make a living doing what they love, to reinforce your belief.

Do you see what I'm getting at?

Whatever you believe becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So if you tell yourself you don't know what you want to do with your life, you'll do everything you possibly can to support that notion. You'll remember all the times that you tried something new and didn't stick at it, either because you didn't enjoy it or due to circumstances you couldn't have predicted. And that will be enough to convince you that you haven't a clue what you'd like to do with your life - because if you knew, you'd be doing it already.

NOT TRUE!!

Just because you haven't figured it out yet - no matter what age you are - it doesn't mean you don't know what it is, or that it has to continue to elude you!

I have just one question for you.

Would you like to find out sooner, rather than later, what you want to be, do or have?

After all, you only get one chance at this life, so surely it's better to start getting inspired, and to share your inspiration with others, instead of hiding behind a shadow of yourself.

The past couple of years have been the most challenging and the most inspiring for me. I've learned a lot about myself and I've rekindled my love of writing and communicating ideas, and at last I'm putting my skills to good use. By sharing my experience, I've been able to inspire others to discover their own talents, vision and purpose, plan a lifestyle which enables them to do what they enjoy, and establish a better balance between home life and work life. My own journey has been a struggle at times, and yet I feel happier and more fulfilled than ever before.

I'd like to show you how to do the same

Having been through the process myself, over an extended period of time, I know the steps you need to take to discover what's important to you and to start creating the inspired and fulfilling life you dream of - and I also know many of the pitfalls.

So I'm inviting a limited number of participants to join me on 24th November in London, so that I can share my knowledge with you and help you design and implement a personalised plan for creating a life that inspires you.

If you've read this far, there's a chance that you will be one of the participants, so here's some more information about what we'll be covering during the workshop.

How I'll help YOU to create an inspired life

Part 1: Vision

It makes sense that, before you can start to create your inspired life, you need to know what it 'looks like'. You may believe you don't know what you want, and I can promise you, you'll be surprised at how much you do know, and what possibilities lie in store for you!

In this session we'll cover:

  • what you want to be, do or have
  • goal setting techniques
Part 2: Inertia

Even when you know what you want to be, do or have, there are hidden obstacles lurking in the back of your mind, telling you that you can't, or don't deserve to have what you want. These obstacles can surface at any time, and may prevent you from even starting your journey.

In this session we'll cover:

  • limiting beliefs
  • negativity
  • indecision
Part 3: Energy

Sometimes, in order to build up the confidence to get started and keep going with something new, we need to remind ourselves about our previous successes and positive experiences.

In this session we'll cover:

  • achievements
  • values
  • resources
Part 4: Action

Now you know what you want, what are you going to do about it?

In this session we'll cover:

  • planning techniques
  • writing the plan

Are you ready to join me on 24th November?

The workshop is taking place on Saturday 24th November 2007, between 9:30am and 4pm at Friends House, 173 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ, opposite Euston railway station.

So what will it cost you to participate in this
life changing day?

Let's put this into perspective. How much is it currently costing you to take your mind off the fact that you're feeling unfulfilled by your current lifestyle, job or relationship? How many toys and gadgets do you buy, to keep yourself occupied? Have you set yourself a get fit regime, or a healthy eating regime, only to find you don't feel like getting fit or eating healthily at the moment - perhaps tomorrow? Are you 'surviving' between holidays, simply because you've got something to look forward to, which takes you out of the rut you're in, if only for a few days?

If the picture I'm painting is too bleak, then perhaps you're already on your way to creating an inspired life and don't need to come along to the workshop. However, if any of the above applies to you, you might even save yourself money by attending the workshop!

I'm on a mission to help as many people as possible to create a lifestyle that inspires them. It's the first time I've pooled what I've learned into a single workshop, which is why I'm only charging

£60 per delegate - until 20th October 2007

then the price rises to £90

I expect you to leave at the end of the day with a plan for creating your inspired life. To make sure that you're prepared in advance of the workshop, I'm running two free teleclasses, on 1st and 17th October, to answer any pre-workshop questions.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have defined a clear Vision of what comprises your inspired lifestyle, identified resources which will support you along the way and decided what steps you need to take, to get you started on your chosen path.

Money-back guarantee

I know how much benefit you'll get from putting into practice the ideas and techniques I'll be sharing with you. If, at the end of the workshop, you don't agree that I've shown you how to create YOUR inspired life, then you'll get a full refund.

So are you ready to create YOUR inspired life?

If you're excited about the possibility of creating an inspired life, then it's time to 'bite the bullet' and click on the button below to get the Early Bird price of £60.

Registration for the workshop has now CLOSED.

I promise you will leave the workshop feeling inspired and committed to making a change in your life, with a clear understanding of what's needed to choose a path and stick to it - as well as knowing what to do when the going gets tough.

I look forward to seeing you in November!

Best Wishes

P.S. All of the information I'll be sharing with you on the workshop is available elsewhere. You just need to know where to look for each part, and put it together yourself. By revealing my own experiences and walking you through the process, as well as encouraging you to compare notes with other delegates, I can show you how to get further down your chosen path more quickly than if you had to work it all out on your own.
