Your Life Coach - Julia Barnickle
Background
Thanks to an inspiring teacher in secondary school, Julia discovered a talent for foreign languages at an early age. She firmly believes you can learn a lot more about a person if you speak the same language. She now speaks five.
In the eighties she began a career designing IT solutions for business problems and managed a number of multi-lingual, cross-functional, geographically-disparate project teams. This enabled her to use her creative problem-solving skills and her knowledge of languages, and to travel extensively throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Following an eighteen-year career in IT, Julia decided to set up her own business. She considered businesses as varied as property development, website design and teaching, until finally she discovered coaching.
While gaining experience as a coach, Julia realised she could combine her creative talents with coaching skills, to help others build the confidence to develop their creativity and to lead a more inspired, joyful and fulfilling life.
"A natural teacher and communicator", Julia's interests include photography, writing, singing, website design and reading. She also loves travelling and continues to learn new languages when the opportunity arises.
